Mog Gin is a personal project that started as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I created an infused gin by gathering strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and allowing them to soak in gin for 2 weeks. These were then distilled into a bottle with a custom label featuring her cat, Mog as shown below. I really enjoyed creating this and It seemed to go down very well as a gift too!
I wanted to create something that was fun and playful, the label features a bright colour palette that aligns with the infused flavours. I created a logo that features a illustration of Mog as the ‘G’ in Gin and used the theme as inspiration to make illustrations of the infused ingredients out of unravelling balls of yarn.
